Matthew is a 40-year veteran of the alarm industry. During his career he has served as: an installer, salesman, licensed alarm company owner, monitoring station designer, promotions and marketing director with one of the world’s top producing security dealers, and as a consumer advocate teaching consumers how to buy alarm systems properly. As a direct result of training consumers, he is often called upon to consult alarm dealerships across the country on how to market to the educated consumer.

Matthew is the author of How to Buy an Alarm System a book that sells worldwide, and he also runs consumer and dealer training programs. He has written and published hundreds of articles on the subject of electronic security systems and what consumers need to know about them. Matthew now proudly owns Absolute Security Alarms and loves providing our clients with an unparalleled experience in the alarm industry. Pam Lombardi graduated from Arizona State University with a BS majoring in business. She has worked in accounting and finance for local governments in Colorado and Washington State, the majority of her working life. Pam is now proud to Join Matthew, Matt Jr. and the awesome ASA Team, in the family business, as our Finance Manager. Pam enjoys helping to assure we are building the best alarm company and customer relations, in the industry.

When not at work, Pam enjoys exploring Seattle’s diversified cuisines, travel adventures, cruising on her and Matthew’s boat and best of all helping her new Grandson to learn and grow to be strong and happy. Pam also LOVES the Sounders FC and Seahawks Football! Pam is an active member of and serves as Treasurer on the board of directors of the Seattle Sail and Power Squadron. Matt was born and raised in Evergreen, Colorado. Being the son of the Absolute Security Alarms owner, he has grown up in and around the electronic security industry his whole life. After a few years in college in Durango, CO, Matt was proud to serve with the US Navy in Iraq and Afghanistan. After honorary completion of his tour with the Navy, he relocated to Washington State, to be around family and continue his education at Western Washington University (WWU). Matt is now running the operations department at Absolute Security Alarms and is involved with every aspect of maintaining our image as Seattle’s premier alarm and surveillance system provider. Brad grew up in Rock Island, Illinois. He graduated from Augustana College with a BA in Business Administration. Brad relocated to Seattle over 20 years ago. He is our Director of Sales & Marketing and is committed to providing our customers with the best overall experience and service the industry has to offer.

Ed moved to the United States from Bogotá, Colombia in 2006. He’s a nephew to the company owners and he has three daughters which include a pair of twin girls. We are so proud to have such a caring family member as our eyes and ears in the field.

Ed is our electrical administrator, journeyman electrician, and installation department manager. His mission is to help educate and protect consumers by raising the bar to the highest standards in the industry when installing and servicing security systems. Leaving a client feeling much more comfortable and secure in their environment is a great sense of pride with Ed. Emma is the newest member of our team. She is Matthew and Pam’s daughter-in-law and has been a part of their team for many years.  In her role as Office Administrator, Emma is driven to give a positive customer service experience to every client. She works hard to build the best family-owned alarm company in the industry.
